Final Reflection
This week I worked on developing my ideas in visual form. My illustrations are still in the initial stages of working out how to convey my ideas accurately and effectively but I think they express what I am aiming to work on producing next semester. I have been experimenting with colour and different layouts/compositions. I have also been thinking about and mocking up how I can use different social media platforms in a transmedia campaign technique.
I inserted the best parts of this work into my proposal and gave it a final read through at the same time. It was interesting to look through my text with fresh eyes as I haven't read any part of it for a week (because I have been working on my illustrations and projects for other classes). I am really pleased with what I have produced. I believe my proposal states exactly what I have been thinking about and researching this semester, and leads the reader on a journey through how my ideas have developed into my proposed design outcome for next semester.
This piece of work is my favourite thing I have ever produced during my time at university, both because it is based on a topic that I am passionate about and also because I feel like I might be actually able to make a difference to this issue. I am looking forward to continuing on with this project and I am excited to see where my ideas lead me.
