Meeting With Mark (Ethics Forms)
Today I met with my supervisor, Mark, to get him to look over the survey I am making and then sign off my ethics forms. He had some helpful comments on how to improve the questions I am asking and was happy to sign the ethics form subject to me making the changes. The most interesting thing to come out of our conversation was that he thinks that I should just stick to one survey for equestrians, and not bother (maybe just at this stage) with the survey for motorists. He thinks it would be much harder for me to get respondents for that survey and he also thinks the motorists would be less likely to answer honestly and divulge any unsafe behaviours - whereas the equestrians' answers will be more revealing.
